How much does a home inspection cost?
Pricing is flat and based on square footage. It starts at $300 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft and runs up to $475 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft. Over 3,000 sq ft, call for a quote. The price we quote is the price you pay.
What kinds of homes do you inspect?
Site built homes, log cabins, manufactured homes, park models, tiny homes, and barndominiums.
What areas do you cover?
The White Mountains, from Snowflake, Heber, and Overgaard to Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside, Springerville, Greer, Alpine, and the communities in between. If you don’t see your town, call and ask.
When can you do the inspection?
Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Call or text 928.270.1818 and we’ll find a time that fits your contract deadlines.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, or Zelle.
Can you check that repairs were done?
Yes. A reinspection confirms the agreed repairs were actually completed before you close.
